What services do Host Cleaning Services offer?
We offer a wide range of home cleaning services including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and more.
How much does it cost to hire Host Cleaning Services?
The cost of our services depends on the type of cleaning service you require, the size of your home, and the frequency of cleaning. Please contact us for a free quote.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
What is the difference of a Turn Over cleaning and a Deep Cleaning?
A turn over cleaning is a standard cleaning, changing beds, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, surface dusting, wipe inside the fridge and oven. But a deep house cleaning that consists of a full scope of cleaning, wiping doors, baseboards, wiping window sills and hand clean blinds, cleaning oven, full fridge cleaning, wiping cabinet doors, cleaning inside bathroom cabinets, moving furniture (where possible) to clean behind, vacuuming under the rugs, and more. We recommend a Regular cleaning and a Deep once every 4-6 months.

When Are you Open?
We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Saturdays 8am to 4pm
How will I know what time to book?
Appointment times are available Monday through Saturday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm and we will be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works.
Cleaning Supplies
Do we have to provide the cleaning supplies?
We bring all our own supplies. If there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors for example) feel free to let us know and we can use any supplies you leave out for us.
What is a move in/move out cleaning?
Our move in/move out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. It’s a deeper cleaning that includes cleaning inside cabinets (empty cabinets and drawers) and drawers, fixtures, inside the fridge (empty). We charge extra for this and you will find that an additional cost for move in/move out cleaning is standard across the industry.
What does a deep clean include?
The deep clean service is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your apartment professionally cleaned within the past 4 - 6 months.
Other
Is tip Included?
Leaving tip on the cleaning is entirely optional and up to your discretion. We can either add it to your credit card charge or you can tip the cleaners in cash (preferred). All tips are greatly appreciated and go 100% to the cleaner. Please note that the tip is nonrefundable after the service is completed.
Are you pet friendly cleaning service?
Yes! At Host Cleaning Services we LOVE pets. All of our cleaners are trained to correctly deal with your furry family member.
